All our custom cabinets can be sized exactly.
To make the process as easy as possible and to make your cabinet cost effective you should measure your space first if you need to fit a particular alcove or recess. If its a freestanding cabinet, measure the size you require.
We offer sizes in 5mm increments, this is usually accurate enough for most purposes. If you need tighter measurements, you can note a tighter size in the notes field and we will size down to 1mm if required.
Remember, all our cabinets are totally made to measure, we do not keep standard sizes. If fact we never make the same cabinet twice so our cabinets always fit.
If you are unsure, check with us, we have years of experience designing and fitting cabinets to awkward spaces. Use the 'live chat' function or leave a message and one of our craftsmen will help you get the right size.
Its easy really, but its best to have a plan of what you want first. Jot down a sketch of your space and sizes. then choose your cabinets from our extensive range. We have some general sizes but why not just fill the space properly with bespoke sizes. Once you have made your choices just complete your order and sit back, we will get everything ready in under four weeks.
Not as much as you think. In fact, because we make everything in our own workshops, you save as there is no middleman. Best of all custom sizes cost very little extra, take no longer and won't break the bank.
With every order you get a ready to assemble cabinet or cabinets, full instructions and all fittings, we usually put a little extra in as well, all part of the service. If we think that something may be a little difficult to assemble, one of the craftsmen will usually make special notes or do a little assembly video to help you. All our cabinets have been assembled in the workshop to check fit and you should have no problem putting them back together.
Unfortunately not. It s not a service we offer, however, our valore, Bella and zurfiz ranges are pre-finished. Our broadoak range is oak so you probably won't want to paint it anyway, but we can supply finishing oils, waxes or french polishes to finish your project. The classic MDF can be painted and as we use only 'furniture grade' mdf which does not fluff up on the edges, painting is very easy.
There isn't any, other than a bit of reassembly. Because everything we do is made to order you can be sure it will fit.
Christmas 2019 despatch schedule. We will be closed from 20th December till 6th January 2020.
With our lead times of a minimum of 4 weeks prior to despatch, all orders for bespoke cabinetry may be available for despatch from 6th January 2020. Some smaller cabinets, handles and finished panels and doors have a later cut off time, so please check with us prior to ordering.
On smaller cabinet projects, we aim to despatch within 4 / 6 weeks. Larger projects may take up to 8 weeks, however, due to our busy schedule, all bespoke cabinet orders may take up to 8 weeks. Once despatched, our delivery service will arrange delivery directly with you. We do not arrange delivery dates, our workshop works to despatch weeks (i.e. Despatch w/e 5-10-2018). Our preferred delivery carrier is a spacialist carrier and in no way is an express courier. This takes a few days to deliver.
Smaller cabinets can be delivered via our courier service, TNT. For larger cabinets, we use a carrier service, Kinetic Logistics. We believe in getting your delivery to you in pristine condition and that may take a little longer, but much shorter than having damages and waiting for replacements.
You can customise every cabinet in our range for size and normal choices. If you have a very specific requirement, contact us first and we will guide you through adding additional notes that we will pass to the workshop to make the cabinet you want.
The tools you need for assembly are a drill/driver, a small hammer for any pins and if you are scribing tops and fillers then a jigsaw would be handy. Any unusual parts and special drill bits will be put into your kit by one of the team. Our kits are made how they should be and we do not use cheap 'knock down' fitting, just proper cabinet fittings.
We do not keep any kits in stock as every cabinet is different.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer a basic “white MDF” cabinet. Although we have ‘white’ panel materials in our Bella, Zurfiz and Valore range, to achieve a white MDF finish, it will need to be painted, which is a service we don’t currently offer.
All our cabinet can be customised, thats the whole idea behind our site. We can build your dream cabinet exactly to size and with all the features that you want.
Select them as you want and they will incorporated into your cabinet design. We have tried to think of most things that our customers like to add to there cupboard, bookcase, wardrobe or dresser but we also have a text box on every custom product for additional requests that you may want, where possible we will incorporate these too.
We dont stop there, once you have placed your order we prepare detailed plans, however small the cabinet and also a small video visual with one of our craftsman / designers setting out the exact design.
Before we put your cabinet into production we like to make sure everything works and we have found over the years that this is the best way to guarantee satisfaction.
