Christmas 2026

Plan ahead for Christmas

Christmas is one of the busiest times of year in our workshop. Our usual lead times carry on right through the festive period, so the sooner your order is placed, approved and paid for, the more time we have to make it and get it to you.

Key Christmas dates

  1. Last despatch before Christmas

    Tuesday 15 December 2026

The last day orders leave our workshop before Christmas.

  2. We close for Christmas

    Friday 18 December 2026

We close at the end of the working day and take a well-earned break.

  3. We reopen

    Monday 4 January 2027

The team is back and normal operations resume.

Planning your order

We run a full production schedule in the run-up to Christmas. Orders are scheduled fairly and in sequence, once we have everything we need to start making them.

  1. Our usual lead times still apply

Most orders are despatched within four weeks of approval and payment; larger or more complex orders can take up to eight. These lead times carry on through Christmas, as set out in our Terms & Conditions, and the dates on this page don't replace or shorten them.

  2. Orders are scheduled first come, first served

Our production schedule is planned so every customer is treated fairly. Your order joins it once we have everything needed to proceed: your design approval, any final details and payment.

  3. Prompt approval keeps your order moving

When your design is ready to review, please approve it and arrange any payments as soon as you can. If approval is delayed, your order may move to a later production date as other ready-to-go orders join the schedule.

  4. A fair queue for everyone

Once other orders have been scheduled, we're unable to move a later-ready order ahead of them. It's how we keep production consistent and fair through the busiest weeks of the year.

  5. Please allow plenty of time

Because of the volume of work before Christmas, we can't offer an expedited or priority production service during this period. If your furniture is needed for a particular date, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance.
