Smaller orders can be completed sooner, while particularly large orders can take up to 10 weeks.An estimated completion date will be calculated once your order has been paid for.
Currently, we do not offer an expedited lead time option. We believe in giving each cabinet the time and attention it deserves to ensure the highest quality standards. However, rest assured that we strive to complete and deliver your custom cabinet order as efficiently as possible within our standard lead times.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for custom cabinet orders. Since each cabinet is tailored to your specific requirements and built to your specifications, it cannot be resold or reused. We highly encourage you to carefully consider your design choices and review the CAD designs and 3D models we provide before placing your order. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, and we'll work closely with you throughout the process to create a cabinet that matches your vision.

Not as much as you think! In fact, because we make everything in our own workshops, you save as there is no middleman. Best of all, custom sizes cost very little extra, take no longer and won't break the bank.
All the cabinet’s listed on our website will give you an exact price as you input your dimensions and choose your modifications. Where there are additional adjustments and modifications that you’d like to request, the costs of these will be calculated during the quotation phase for you to review before any obligation to proceed with your order.
Included with your cabinet(s) will be all the fitting’s needed to build your cabinet(s). This includes (where needed) hinges, drawer runners, brackets, hanging rails and all required screws and CAM fittings.
Additionally, you will receive an assembly guide with exploded diagrams of your cabinet.
We have a number of materials and colours to choose from which can be used for any of our cabinets. Our most cost-effective and versatile material is our paintable moisture-resistant MDF which offers the most possibilities.
Our other ranges include our MFMDF (melamine faced MDF) for which our Solid Colours, Woodgrain and Special texture panels can be found within.
For our premium LUXE range, these panels are a vinyl faced MDF in a silky smooth matte finish while offering several other features including; anti-fingerprint surfaces, thermal healing and come in a protective film.
For both our coloured material ranges, we have a selection of different colours to choose from or feel to mix and match different colours for a truly unique look!
Unfortunately we don't currently offer a painting or priming service. The coloured panels we do have are instead a laminated MDF, put simply.
Our paintable MDF (Finsa Hydrofugo) is a high quality material and offers smooth edges unlike typical store-bought MDF which allow for a great paint finish whether it's done by yourself or a trade painter.
Generally, all of our materials are 18mm thick with the exception of our LUXE range, which is 19mm.
To save on costing for our customers, our cabinet's back panels and drawer bottoms will be in a thinner material (6mm or 8mm, depending on the colour).
While we pride ourselves on being completely bespoke with all cabinet's being made-to-order, we do have some restrictions:
Our pre-coloured range of materials are only available to have flat doors.
Our maximum panel length is 2400mm and therefore any individual cabinet must not exceed this.
The narrowest/shortest pre-colour panel that can have edge banding applied is 65mm.

Face-frames are essentially a frame around the cabinet to give a chunkier, more traditional look. These will be 50mm wide as standard for our paintable MDF, and 65mm wide for any other material.
As standard, all shelves will adjustable unless the option to have them in fixed position is selected.
Adjustable shelves will sit on shelf pins for which there will be multiple shelf pin holes along the cabinet's side panels (and partitions where included).
All of our hinges and drawer runners have a soft-closing mechanism built into them with the exception of our face-frame hinges. However, soft-closing pistons can be requested for these if required.
A contrasting edge is used for our pre-coloured cabinet's and is entirely an aesthetic choice. For example, if the selected cabinet colour is White and a selected contrasting edge colour is Green, all panels will be white with a green edge.
We have a number of door styles to choose from which are only available on our paintable MDF doors. If you would like us to match a door style you've seen somewhere or have on existing doors, let us know and we may be able to match it!
While we can offer sliding doors, we would advise this option be for customers who are confident in DIY work. Sliding door fixtures and hardware is supplied at their full length and will need to be cut to size.
While we offer doors which can be glazed, we do not supply the glazing ourselves and would need to be purchased from a glazing company.
Our 'London' styled doors allow for glazing as the centres are cut-out with a rebate on the back surfaces inner edge to allow for fixing the glass.
While we can, we would advise against this as drawer runners have very little tolerance before they stop operating correctly (±1mm). Aligning drawer runners inside an existing wardrobe is very difficult and so we would suggest ordering a chest of drawer instead which can simply be slid into the wardrobe.
We do not offer a fitting/installation service for any of our cabinets or doors as we are exclusively a supplier. However, ease-of-assembly is a priority of ours are we are always finding new ways/fixings to make assembly as easy as possible for any customer. You'll be surpised how simple they are to put together!
A comprehensive assembly guide is available for all of our cabinets and all panels are labelled to assist with identifying the parts.
Unfortunately we don't offer any home visit services for measuring spaces. If you are unsure about where and what to measure, we are more than happy to assist you!
All orders, whether submitted as a quotation request or paid for immediately, will receive a detailed CAD plan and a 3D model of the project where our designers can check through each measurement to make sure everything will work.
Generally, very few! Most of our cabinets will require only a screwdriver (a powered screwdriver is preferable, although please reduce the torque so as not to over-screw into panels!) and a hammer for tapping in fittings.
In some cases, such as where fillers are used to create a built-in look, a jigsaw, bandsaw or other similar tools may be required to trim the panels.
Not as much as you think! We do aim to make our cabinet's as easy to assemble as possible with many customers mentioning they're easier to put together than IKEA.
Some more complex projects may require a bit more DIY-expertise along with appropriate tools. If you're unsure about anything or would like to know how easy your project is to assemble, feel free to reach out to us!
In almost all cases, our cabinets are fitted together using a combination of CAM fittings and mortice & tenon joints for a strong and simple assembly.
Some panels, such as counter tops and filler pieces, will be screwed into place. In such cases, pre-dilled holes will generally be included on the panels for ease of assembly.
For most orders, we will use our specialist, white-glove delivery service (BJS) to ensure a safe journey to your home or workplace where the drivers will offer a helping hand in taking the items to your doorstep.
For smaller orders, the option of an express next-day delivery service is available from the courier company, APC. Please be aware that this service is not as protective of deliveries as the former option.
Our specialist carrier company, BJS, will take up to 5 working days to deliver the order. However, they will contact you directly once the items have been brought back to their depot to arrange a suitable delivery day.

All orders are despatched on the next suitable despatch day once fully manufactured and packaged.
