What we do

We create custom cabinetry and storage solutions, manufactured to your dimensions and delivered flat-packed to your home — ready for straightforward DIY assembly, with expert support available whenever you need it.

Why customers choose us

  • Designed to fit

Every cabinet is made to your measurements. No fillers, no compromises — just furniture that fits your space properly.

  • Engineered for assembly

Our cabinets are designed from the outset for accurate, repeatable assembly using precision-machined components and engineered fixings.

  • Built with intention

We select materials and hardware for performance, consistency, and longevity — not marketing claims.

Designed online. Checked by us.

Whether you place an order directly or submit your design for review, every project is checked by our design team before it enters production.

You’ll receive measured plans and an interactive 3D model so you can visualise the final result — and approve with confidence.

Materials & craftsmanship

We use carefully selected engineered panels and high-quality hardware from trusted European manufacturers to ensure consistency, durability, and a refined finish.

From paint-ready boards to pre-finished and ultra-matte surfaces, every material option is chosen to perform reliably in real homes.

A small, specialised team

Founded in 2018 and based in rural Hertfordshire, The Cabinet Shop is a close-knit team with backgrounds in cabinet making, CNC engineering, design, and customer support.

What connects us is a shared focus on doing things properly — from the first measurement to the final delivery.

    Doing our part

We’re conscious of the environmental impact of manufacturing. With every cabinet order, a tree is planted in partnership with reforestation initiatives to help restore forests and support communities.

We also prioritise recyclable packaging and responsible sourcing wherever possible.

    Looking ahead

We continue to refine our products, systems, and materials — with plans to expand our range, reintroduce real wood finishes, and bring our approach to a wider international audience.

What won’t change is our focus on clarity, quality, and making bespoke cabinetry easier to buy.
