Your Journey, Step by Step
Every order follows a clear, guided process — whether you’re ready to place an order straight away or want our team to refine the details first.
Find a Cabinet That Fits Your Space
Start by browsing our cabinet collections. Each product acts as a flexible starting point that can be fully customised to suit your space.
Design It Your Way
Use our configurator to adjust size, materials, shelves, and layout — while seeing your cabinet come to life with live pricing.
Request Modifications or Upload Plans
Need something slightly different? Simply leave a note during configuration and we’ll adapt the design to suit your requirements.
Choose How to Proceed
At this stage, you have two options depending on what feels right for your project.
Place Your Order
If everything looks correct, you can place your order directly through the website and we’ll get started.
After placing your order, here’s what happens next:
- Our team reviews your configuration and prepares detailed CAD designs
- We generate 3D visualisations of your cabinetry
- You’ll receive access to our Viewer where you can review the design, check measurements, and confirm the layout
If any changes are needed, you can request them at this stage. Minor adjustments are usually straightforward — larger changes may affect the price.
Once you’re happy with everything, simply approve the design. We’ll schedule production and confirm a delivery timeframe. At this point, your Tracking page becomes available to follow your order’s progress.
Start With a Design Review
If you’d like help refining your design or have bespoke requirements, submit your cabinet for a design review first.
When you submit a design review request, our team will:
- Review your configuration and any design notes
- Answer questions and refine the design as needed
- Prepare an updated quote reflecting any modifications
Once you’ve reviewed the quote, you can request further changes or approve it to move forward.
Unlocking the Full Design Service
To proceed to the detailed design stage, a one-time design commitment of 10% of the total project cost is required. This unlocks our full CAD design service, where we:
- Refine every detail of the design to perfection
- Create precise CAD drawings and 3D visualisations
- Collaborate with you through revisions until you’re completely satisfied
This design fee is deducted from your final order price when you proceed — so it’s not an additional cost, it’s simply a commitment to the design process.
If you decide not to proceed, the design work completed to that point is covered by this fee — a fair arrangement that allows us to dedicate real time and expertise to every project.
Once approved, we’ll schedule production, confirm a delivery date, and your Tracking page becomes available.
Manufacturing Begins
Once your design is approved, your cabinetry enters production. You’ll be able to track progress throughout.
Preparing Your Delivery
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an automated email and can prepare for delivery or arrange collection.
Dispatch Notification
You’ll receive an automated email as soon as your order is ready to leave our workshop, with everything you need to know.
Collection Available
Prefer to collect? Your email includes a link to schedule a convenient collection date and time that suits you.
Your Cabinets Arrive
Delivery timing depends on the shipping method selected for your order. Both options ensure your cabinetry arrives safely.
Courier Delivery (APC)
Next-day service with full tracking details provided, so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Specialist Delivery (BJS)
White-glove furniture delivery service. The team contacts you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date with careful handling throughout.
Simple Assembly With Digital Guidance
Every order includes clear assembly guidance designed to make installation straightforward.
Creating a Built-In Appearance
Want your cabinets to look like they were built into the room? Fillers make it possible.
Fillers are simple panels that bridge the gap between your cabinets and the wall, giving a seamless wall-to-wall appearance — even when walls are slightly uneven.
- Supplied slightly oversized so they can be trimmed to fit precisely during installation
- Common in fitted furniture — used by professionals and DIY installers alike
- Available in matching materials so the finish stays consistent throughout
Many fitted furniture installations use fillers to achieve a seamless appearance. It’s a standard approach that ensures a clean, professional result every time.

Common Questions
-
Do I need exact measurements before I start designing?
You can begin with approximate measurements to explore layouts and pricing. Before placing an order, we recommend confirming your dimensions — especially for alcove spaces or older properties where walls may not be perfectly square.
-
What if the configurator doesn’t have an option I need?
The configurator covers the most common options, but it doesn’t show everything — that would make it overwhelming. If you need something specific, simply describe it in the Design Notes field and our team will accommodate it.
-
Is the 10% design fee an additional cost?
No. The 10% design commitment is deducted from your final order price when you proceed. It simply ensures we can dedicate the time and expertise needed to perfect your design. If you decide not to proceed, the fee covers the design work completed.
-
Can I make changes after placing an order?
If you need adjustments, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help, though changes may be limited once production has started. Minor adjustments during the design review stage are straightforward.
-
How long does the whole process take?
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of your project. The design review stage typically takes a few days, and production times depend on the scope of the order. Your Tracking page will give you clear updates throughout.
-
Do I need to be experienced at DIY to assemble the cabinets?
Not at all. Our digital assembly guide is designed to be clear and easy to follow, with visual instructions for every step. If you get stuck at any point, our team is happy to help.
