Who is eligible for a trade account?
Our trade programme is open to interior designers, property developers, contractors, builders, carpenters, joiners, architects, retailers, and other industry professionals. We review each application individually.
How long does approval take?
We typically review applications within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email once your account has been approved.
How do I see my trade pricing?
Once approved, simply log in to your account. Your trade pricing will be applied automatically across all products on the site.
Can I upgrade my trade tier?
Yes. As your total spend with us grows, you’ll be upgraded to the next tier automatically. Trade Plus unlocks at £5,000+ total spend, and Trade Partner at £15,000+ or by invitation.
Do you offer net payment terms?
Payment terms are not currently available as standard, but we’re happy to discuss options for established trade partners on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch.
Can I order samples as a trade customer?
Absolutely. Trade customers have access to samples and finish guidance to help with project planning. Contact us to arrange samples for your current project.
