MODULAR DRESSERS

Build your dresser or media unit using our modular units to achieve the perfect layout that suits your requirements and space perfectly.

Unlike our complete dressers, using our modular units give you the ability to achieve larger widths, customise the layout by using different designs for the base and upper sections and also to create the ever-popular Media Unit with an open section in the centre for a TV.

Where there are multiple units, we will do our best to reduce the number of seams between countertops and also positioning face-frames (where selected) to overlay connecting units.

Measuring your space

The total combined width of all selected modular units must be equal to the width of your space.

Where the project is to be fitted between two walls or in an alcove, we recommend measuring the width at multiple heights along the wall to find the range of dimensions.

Depending on your ability to scribe panels against wonky walls, you will have two options for the dimensions you'll be using.

I don't want to scribe panels:

Use the narrowest width between the walls. This method will potentially leave some gaps to fill where the space gets wider.

I'm comfortable with scribing panels:

Use the widest width between the walls. The difference between the widest and narrowest points of the wall will be about as much that will need to be scribed to achieve a neat fit.

Dimensions & Material

Begin customising your unit with its required dimensions. The dimensions should be for the individual modular unit and not for the project as a whole.

Our pricing is calculated by the total material usage and will be shown once the material is selected.

Modifications

Further customise your units with the most frequently requested options:

Fitting your unit(s)

We've simplified the construction and assembly method of our units to make building them as easy and stress-free as possible.

In most cases, a screwdriver will only be required to assemble your units but you will benefit from having a hammer and powered screwdriver/drill at hand to speed things up. 

All required fittings will be included in your kit, along with any extras we feel would be useful.

For safety purposes, all units must be fixed to a wall to ensure a safe and rigid piece of furniture.
