All our cabinets are made to order. Once manufactured, checked and packaged, your order will be ready to despatch from our workshops.

Larger orders:

Larger orders will be delivered using our specialist white-glove delivery service, BJS. Typically delivered between 5-7 working days.

This service will contact you directly with an allocated delivery date to confirm availability.

2-man delivery team who can bring your boxes into your hallway. 

Smaller orders:

Smaller orders can be despatched using an express courier for a speedy delivery.

Bulk orders:

Bulk orders will be palletised with in-house delivery available within South East England.

Lead times are dependant on the cabinet due to the size and complexity.

Smaller orders will be ready for despatch in as little as 2 weeks.

Larger and/or complex orders will be ready for despatch in as little as 4 weeks.

All of our cabinetry and panels will be in unpainted/unprimed MDF with sanded edges, ready for painting.

Your kit will include all panels and fixings required to build your cabinet(s) along with fittings to secure your cabinet to the wall for safety.

Assembly instructions are available in your finalised order page to reduce paper wastage.

Tools will not be included in your kit.

All our cabinets are adjustable and we can do our best to match your vision where possible.

Some elements may be beyond what can easily be adjusted and will require one of our expert designers to help plan out with you - this will be classed as a fully bespoke service and will include an additional designing fee depending on the complexity of the project.

Assembly of our cabinets will in almost all cases only require a screwdriver. A powered screwdriver can certainly make the job easier and quicker in some places along with a hammer to help secure the CAMs in place or for back panel pins.

Securing your cabinet to the wall may require the use of a power-drill to drill holes for the wall plugs.

Every cabinet we make is different and the complexity and size of the cabinet/order will affect the time it takes to manufacture. Smaller orders can be ready for despatch in as little a 2 weeks while larger or more complex orders can take between 4-6 weeks to despatch.

By using a specialist delivery service to ensure a safe journey, this means the time for delivery can be between 2-7 working days, depending on your location.

All our cabinets will be delivered to you in a flat-pack form and will not be pre-assembled.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer a fitting or measuring service due to the number of orders we receive and the range of areas we cover. However, our team is always available to help you with any questions you may have or can offer advice when measuring your space or fitting your cabinet(s).

As our cabinets are made-to-measure, we are unable to offer refunds.
